The short answer
If the event is cancelled and not rescheduled, you are refunded. If the event goes ahead as planned, tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable — including for change of mind, illness or travel problems. This is standard across live-event resale worldwide, because a seat sold once cannot be resold in time.
Cancelled events
If an event is cancelled outright with no replacement date, you receive a refund of the ticket price. Enttix contacts affected buyers directly — you do not need to chase it. Refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically take 5-10 business days to appear, depending on your card issuer.
Postponed or rescheduled events
If a date moves, your existing ticket normally remains valid for the new date and is not refunded — the ticket has simply moved with the event. Where an organiser offers a refund window for a rescheduled date, Enttix passes that option on to affected buyers.
Changes that are not grounds for refund
Kick-off or start times move regularly for broadcast reasons, especially in football, and this is not a refundable change. Line-up changes, a player being rested, a support act dropping out, or a match being played behind partially restricted capacity are also not refundable. Book with the possibility of a time change in mind if you are booking travel around a fixture.
If your ticket does not admit you
This is covered by the authenticity guarantee, separately from the refund policy. If a valid ticket bought on Enttix is refused at the gate, contact support with your order number and evidence from the venue, and you receive a full refund.
