How Mobile & E-Ticket Delivery Works

Learn how you receive your tickets on Enttix — mobile tickets, e-tickets and what to have ready on match day.

Mobile tickets

Many tickets are delivered digitally straight to your phone. You'll be notified when your tickets are ready, and you can access them from My Page to show at the turnstile.

E-tickets (PDF)

Some events issue PDF e-tickets you can save or print. Each ticket carries a unique barcode that is scanned on entry.

On match day

Arrive with your ticket ready on a charged phone (or printed, for PDF tickets). For some clubs, the lead booker's ID may be required — any specific entry conditions are shown on the listing before you buy.

Frequently Asked Questions

When will I receive my tickets?
Delivery timing depends on the event and seller — many are instant, while some are released closer to the event date. You can always check the status in My Page.
Do I need to print anything?
For mobile tickets, no — your phone is enough. PDF e-tickets can be printed if you prefer.
